TIPS TO GET A HEALTHY SLEEP NATURALLY BY POPPY SEEDS

POPPY

 Poppy seeds (10 grams), mix it with pomegranate  fruit juice and if we consume, it  will solve all sleepless  issues.

Add 100 grams of poppy, cashew nuts and almonds and make it powder. If you eat a spoon powder on the morning ,evenings, your body will become  stronger.

Take poppy, cashew nut -  equal amounts grind it and mix it with  milk and then apply it  on the face as mask. The acne will get cured and  Face will become beautiful.

If the Indian mallow (abutilon indicum) leaf is mixed with half of poppy seeds and made into paste and then applied in  joints, So arthritis,knee pain can be  immediately healed.

Poppy, banana flower , pepper, turmeric - all added in equal proportions  and consumed can result in increase in blood production.

Poppy, sago and Barley - Take 10 grams of the above three  and add raw rice (100 g) and make soup by boiling it and if we consume it , It can be used as best medicine for  the pelvic pain.

If you mix poppy in coconut milk and consume it, stomach wounds will be  healed.
