Coriander
If you drink a tincture with turmeric powder, coriander and pepper, then the cold weather fever will be healed.
Squeeze coriander and soak cumin in it and then dry it and eat it twice a day of two grams in the morning and evening so that cholesterol will get reduced and Blood pressure will be maintained normal.
If you drink a tincture with a little bit of salt over with coriander, then it will result in vomiting so excessive kapha will get out of your body.
