Modern electronic devices such as Fridge and Microwave have become inevitable in today's fashion life. Thus it  resulted in cooking extra  meal and keep it in  the fridge for later use. When it is desired,the food is kept in  the microwave  and reheated before using this has become an usual stuff. This is because of the desire to eat always hot and because of the wrong idea of eating our food hot.If  "Foods are reheated  the nutrients in it will decrease. That's the same thing that can damage the health of the body, "warns doctors. Furthermore, it  leads to food poisoning to  major diseases such as heart disease and cancer, and can cause  to death." Chicken

There is a lot of protein in chicken meat. The protein rich food is usually take more time in digestion and  consuming. And  the problem is when it is cooled, the protein will increase further; And If it is cooked the second time, it will cause food poisoning and many health related issues. Therefore, do not heat it again. If you have to eat hot meat once again, eat it by making it into sandwiches.


Spinach

There are so many iron and nitrates in it. Nitrates will change as nitrites  when warmed. It contains carcinogenic properties. Feeding spinach foods again by heating cause  digestive problems; Gastro-cancer risk . So avoid eating it by reheating.

Egg

Egg is a high protein diet. If you reheat a boiled or fried egg again, it will become poisonous. This leads to digestive problems and diarrhoea. Therefore, the egg should not be reheated and eat.


Mushroom

Cook the mushroom and eat it right now. Mushroom is also high in protein. So when you heat it second time  it becomes poisonous, causing digestive disorders and stomach discomfort.

Rice is a food that we take too much. If you eat reheated rice  again, it will increase the toxicity and become poisonous.


Potato

Once the potatoes are cooked and put in the fray, many people have a habit of eating when needed. In doing so, the bacteria in the cooked potatoes are more likely to stay in it. This results in toxicity; Vomiting, nausea, and health effects.


Cooking oil

Any type of cooking oil should not be used again and again. The density of that oil will be increased and its condition become unfit for using it again. It can also cause cancer and heart disease.


Beetroot
Beetroot contains a lot of nitrates like spinach varieties. So the beetroot should not be used again by reheating.
