The types of food we eat can be divided into two categories.
That's the first type (cooked foods) induce water thirst after a meal!
The second type (raw foods) that does not induce thirst after eating.
The first category is highly contrary to health.
The second category is compatible with physical health!
The reason is that you need more water to get the first type of food to be digested.
Digestion is not hard enough in second type because it does not need much water!
The problem here is that first-type food feeders and second-type feeders will drink less water at night, but the first category will have lower urination and second category has high urine excretion.
