If you want to grow your  hair long and thick these foods should  be added at least once a week in your diet .
One of the most important things to follow is good diet and food practice. Here are the food items that are promising good and thick hair growth.
There is anxiety about the hair as a male or a female. Everyone has the desire to make their hair beautiful, long and dense. There are various chemically synthetic substances that are filled with colour, and people use them very often. But they can cause more harm to the hair.
Therefore, we need to add a lot of good quality food items than buying these chemical products and using them .

Spinach:

Guava:

Gooseberry:
It is the most accessible and abundantly found  fruit in India. It helps in hair growth form  generation  to generation.

Almond:
Often Indians use almond oil for their hair. If we consume almonds it helps to store  magnesium in the body. It helps in the development of hair.

Walnuts:
The walnuts have omega-3 fatty acids that can help your grow hair. If you eat two walnuts daily, you will notice the difference in hair growth.

Carrots:
It helps to grow the hair  faster and densely.

Flax seed and sunflower seed:
These seeds contain zinc, protein, potassium, selenium, biotin, iron, copper, vitamin A, vitamin B, magnesium and calcium.So these help in the dense and thick growth of hair.
